The registration fee must be paid in full by debit/credit card during the registration process.

Your registration is not confirmed until payment is made.

If a cancellation is made on or before Wednesday 20th May, all monies paid will be refunded except for a £15 cancellation fee which shall be retained by the University of St Andrews.

Cancellations made after Wednesday 20th May will receive no refund.

Please email aceteam@st-andrews.ac.uk if you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund.

We are grateful for the financial support from our sponsors, which enables us to offer a reduced conference fee of £69.95. This includes three lunches, and coffee breaks.

The conference dinner (Thursday evening) costs £30.00.

Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the conference rate.
